A program to promote emotional and social competence in young children 0-12 years old.

The Incredible Years

The Incredible Years is a program designed to promote emotional and social competence and to prevent, reduce, and treat aggression and emotional problems in young children ages 0-12 years old. By treating these behaviors early, it reduces the chance of developing later delinquent behaviors. It consists of a two-hour group session once a week for eleven weeks or a 14-week in-home facilitation. In both program sessions, trained facilitators use videos to encourage discussions, sharing of ideas, and the problem solving of everyday challenges, as well as, supporting positive parent interactions with their children.

Community-Based Program

The Incredible Years program community-based model develops positive-parenting styles in a group session format, where trained facilitators use videos to encourage group discussions, and sharing of ideas to promote problem-solving. 11-week Community-based program (Group Sessions Only)

Home-Based Program

The Incredible Years home-based model is a parent-driven program that focuses on specific family needs, by applying The Incredible Years curriculum while working with the families in the home. 14-week home-based program (14 in-home visits & 3 group sessions)
