The Incredible Years program is amazing! Val & Kesha are amazing! It is very informative and so great for parenting all ages! Val and Kesha are so caring and understanding and so helpful! I recommend this program for new parents and even those that have been parents for years, its great information for all parents to have.

I take Incredible Years Group for a parenting class at Mercy Center. Val and Kesha are amazing. They teach us to communicate and teach us behaviors to build our children’s self-esteem. I look forward to every Friday’s class with these women because they engage and encourage me to be the best part possible. This class is easy and fun love how they keep us interested
