Fatherhood Program
24/7 Dad® helps fathers grow and develop as caring, compassionate individuals who treat themselves, others, and the home environment with respect and dignity. By participating in 12 weekly sessions, dads will learn valuable skills such as, building self-worth, improving relationships, dealing with anger, understanding power and control, co-parenting enhancing communication, and having fun with their kids. These sessions are designed to create a positive impact on both fathers and their children, fostering stronger, healthier family bonds.

Program Details
Classes Day Options
✓ Tuesdays 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
✓ Thursdays 5:30-7:30 pm
Location: Erie Family Center
✓ Weekly Sessions for 12 weeks
✓ 2.5 hour with light meal included
✓ Childcare & Transportation Provided (must be reserved at program enrollment)

✓ Teach fathers and father figures the importance of being involved in their children's lives
✓ Allow men to engage in a safe and supportive environment
✓ Support men through the courts, and provide various community resources for success
✓ Support the growth of fathers as caring, compassionate parents
✓ Prevent child abuse and neglect

Who Can Attend?
Any male figure who provides care for child(ren) are welcome! There are no income requirements to enroll and seats are limited!
Group Structure
Program consists of 6-10 individual parents/adults. The number of groups depends on how many people join the program; some program dates and times may be combined to create a full group.
You will choose your first and second preferred days for the program, but the final schedule will depend on the total number of participants. A referral specialist will reach out to you after you complete your enrollment.
Translation Services Available
If you need help with translating any programs or content within Erie Family Center, please complete the form and a staff member will be in touch. Translations available include, but are not limited to: Spanish, Bosnian, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, Vietnamese, Nepali, Swahili, Somali, Burmese, Pashto & Dari.
24/7 Dad program is funded through Erie County Office of Children and Youth, and free to all residents of Erie County.
